What homework do I have to do to say that Burrow was NOT a top 5 qb for the whole season..... it’s pretty simple... the guy has guts and determination and could be real good this year.... I hope he leads LSU to the title game.... but to say he is one of the 5 best in the country is a huge stretch......

None. Because that is your OPINION.

Just like it is your OPINION that Texas will Shock! LSU on Sept 7.

Lol you must share the same opinion as every NFL scout, owner, coach and GM. You should thank him for the compliment peej, you’re def in the top 1% of evaluating QBs.

FWIW...it wouldn’t surprise me if Burrow breaks a few LSU records this year...IF the OL can just be above avg and stay healthy. Looks like Brady’s offense is Taylor made for him...and the ball is getting out quick ..so maybe OL won’t matter as much.

Explaining to you how to get the info you desire is a hissy fit?

In all fairness. It was you who brought the information to the forum. You really can’t get mad at someone for requesting that you give more clarification to said information.

For instance, if I made a post “LSU wins 90% of games it plays in favorable weather conditions”, I couldn’t get upset with someone for asking “what exactly is (favorable weather conditions)?”. I should be able to and willing to clarify that for them.

Lol your little defense mechanism suits you. It’s incoherent and weak.

Your obsession for me is anything but weak. It is very strong today. Keep thinking of me.

So you think I should alter my day to do research for someone who is too lazy to use Google?

Why do you think my explaining to the guy how to go to Google and then what to search for is my being mad. If I was mad I would have said three words to him, something like GFY.

If you were confident that more information/context would've buttressed the point you were trying to make, you would've jumped at the opportunity to provide it.

We now know that 70.8% adjusted completion percentage is 10th amongst Power 5 QBs last season. Very respectable.

You stalkers seem to know more about me than I do.

Should I wear my green shirt or the blue one tomorrow? Which one will match my eyes? You think my skinny jeans will make my butt look big? Where should I go for lunch - Mexican or Chinese?

That’s entirely up to you. If you don’t mind the information you bring being easily dismissed as “cherry picking” then, sure, by all means, post what you want and walk away.

But if you really want to build a solid case for your argument, you provide well defined, clear and precise descriptions about the information you bring. Otherwise, like I said, it just looks like cherry picking.

Again, not really taking a side on this argument, just pointing out how to build a strong case for an argument.

Just take it for what you think it is worth.

Ultimate Warrior posted a list of "adjusted completion percentage" rankings (without percentages)

Also, no link to the source. Might be accurate. Who knowa.

Ree posted some impressive stats. WITH source and With link. Thanks Ree. And such stats are not absolutely conclusive. But they are useful, and from a respected source.

Good one. Trying to throw a curve ball after knowing so much about me.

Funny, now you're like I don't know anything about you. Good try SG-25.

You have 48 posts today in this thread alone. Be honest, Ree, it had nothing to do with a lack of time.

We do?
What is the source and where is the link?

Could very well be true. Or not.

(BTW, I tried to Google that info, but could not find it)
