Guarantee salary of 25% of the conference average.
Plus
500k per non conference win and 750k per conference win, $1mm per playoff win and a bonus of $2mil for a national championship

What should be restructured is the buyouts. Most contracts allow an institution to terminate the contract for NCAA infractions, moral turpitude, etc. There should also be a performance cause for termination (based on the state of the program). If a coach fails to achieve x number of wins in consecutive years the coach can terminated with a buyout of half of your annual salary. Throw in. a rider for a losing season as well. Performance based criteria for termination.
