You are going to get a lot of joke answers, and many of which will be hilarious. But you will still be confused, so ill help.
It's the Red Elephant Club. A very closed off and pretentious "club" for Alabama football. You cannot join on your own accord you must be invited in, and most chapters have a set number of members.
It takes some big time pull/money to get in.
