Gilbert split out right (on the line)
Marshall split out left (off the line)

I formation w/ a DL at FB
QB under center

pre-snap read for Myles...
if 1:1 on either Marshall or Gilbert (throw it)
if both Marshall & Gilbert are doubled up, we run it

Alt: We could line up like that and run QB sneak

Alt 2: with Emery in the game, we could fake dive to the DL/FB and quick pitch to Emery to the corner in a footrace

so many things we could do with the talent we have

Damn son. You’re telling me you applied at LSU and they didn’t hire you immediately?

Did you try this on NCAA 2012 before you posted?

So you just discovered the triple-option zone read and want to become our new offensive coordinator?

Goal line fade is statistically one of the worst plays to run on the goal line.

End around with Marshall would’ve worked.

Gilbert has to be in the game. Carter in their in that situation told them he was blocking for s run.

We don't do RPOs round these parts.

Agree but....

Bottom line is AG has to improve with his blocking. He was getting pushed back 3 yards into the backfield repeatedly

We did last year with Burrow, and Tua was dangerous with that RPO fake dive to draw the LB/S in and open up the slants.

vs. MooU, we had several times that the DE crashed so hard on the RB, that had Myles pulled the ball could have run for 10+ yards. i'm guessing we're telling him not to run, but that play is WIDE open.

I did not mind the first run play but on second down I am going with the 5 wide and I mean wide. Get them out of the box. That way MB has an option to throw or run. If they want to keep six in the box then throw it and if they rush 4 then he should be able to find a gap and run a QB draw. Burrow made a Heisman on this.
