I guess we should schedule Troy sometime. They seem tough. I mean, they did win in Death Valley recently.

Damn, got me on fast type common your/you’re mistake. Given the lack of punctuation or complete sentences here I didn’t take the time to edit - my bad.

Either way, welcome to the CFP, it’s nice to see you here. The fact that you aren’t pumped about playing a 12-1 P5 conference champion tells me enough about your actual knowledge of the sport outside of your homer cheering for your team.

I’m personally excited about this game - I think both teams match up well, and of course we would love to shut up the SEC love fest - doing it against one of the best teams I have seen in awhile would be great.

Yes the OU fan base is remarkably tight-assed and humorless. We saw that in 2003; they perfectly reflected their tight-assed, humorless coach, Bob Stoops. In contrast, the Ohio State fans in 2007 were acceptably obnoxious but seemed to have fun.

Yep.

OU fans were lame. OSU brought the party to the French Quarter.

Only issue with OSU was that they brought 100,000 fans to New Orleans and only 7 attractive women

Quite a homely group of lasses

you will discover over the next few weeks that okies are worse than Ole Miss fans. With the exception of the southeastern part of the state, which should be part of Ark., Okla. is a vast ugly wasteland. That's why we gave it to the indians.

Most of their players are from Texas including their Heisman QB

One of the more amazing things I have ever witnessed as a sports fan was the Big XII basketball challenge when we played LSU with our Final Four squad.

Here we are. Two non-rivals playing a game that really doesn't matter and the LSU crowd is vicious.

They chant "frick You Buddy" en masse................and then try to say "Oh, we were only saying 'Buck Tooth Buddy'............ like that's somehow a lot classier.

We played games everywhere in the nation during Buddy's four years at OU and LSU was the only place where something even closed to that type of behavior occurred.

What's funny is that if LSU came up to Norman for basketball we would probably only have about 3 thousand people there because nobody gives a rat frick about LSU in Oklahoma.

When they finally play football up here, it will be spirited because a big name is coming to town but the fact that it is LSU is immaterial.

I think OU fans like just about every other fan base simply sees LSU for the freak show that it is. And who better to be the headliner than the "Cajun Quasimodo" Ed Ogeron

Check out this douche bag

1. Burrow is the best QB in the country...period. He will win the Heisman and he deserves it.

2. People bagging on LSU's defense stats might want to look closer...a ton of those yards were in meaningless blowouts. LSU's defense looked fine to me vs UGA.

True.

3. To be fair, OU's offense is not UGA either.

Very True. But LSU staff and Players know this so tRant can suck it imo on this.

quote:

4. OU is a top 3 program all-time.

5. LSU is not top 10 all-time.

Who gives a frick? This means nothing on 12/28/19.

More meaningless stats:
LSU has won more Natties in the last 20 years than OU. And OU has lost more than LSU has won.
OU's record in the playoffs is .....0-3.

So true, I have clients there and they basically live in a parallel universe. In 2003 one told me that they (OU) had the game...….but the clock ran out. No this is otherwise a very intelligent person.

Oh man, you are desperate if you are thinking this will help you out

Aren't you lucky you aren't playing top 10 Nebraska and only have to deal with shitty #11 LSU!

Starting at the I-35 corridor, it begins to become a "wasteland" the farther west you go. But everything from I-35 east is vastly different with rapidly changing geography.

I mean, this is what it's like where I live about an hour east of 35...

Just sayin...

Calling Oklahoma a vast wasteland is the equivalent of calling Louisiana nothing but a swamp.

Yeah, Burrow just throws jump balls. That’s why he has 80% accuracy.

You must have missed the part where all his receivers are 7’4”.
