Orgeron: Great scrimmage, CEH stood out, 74% completion percentage
Maybe CEH will be LSU's version of Kamara for Brady.
quote:

Orgeron called it a "great" scrimmage, where the offense completed 74 percent of its passes and running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire stood out with "a lot of big plays" and "caught some out of the backfield."

I cant wait to see this offense with Emery and Davis sharing the work load and CEH killing it on special packages like James White for the Pats...

CEH I see more as a Sproles than a Kamara

If the offense is designed to keep the defense spread out, Helaire would be lethal one vs one.

According to Culotta, JaMarr Chase is playing Alvin Kamara

All this hype. Expectations are rising. They better produce.

I hate the offseason. So much hype every year with subpar results. CEO is really digging himself a hole with all of this talk about the offense. If we don’t have a consistently efficient offense next year this board is going to explode. I digress,

While there is a lot of hype there is an actual reason to believe that our offense could be great next year. Joe Burrow returns after putting up 2800 yards passing and an impressive bowl performence. Our receiving Corp is coming together very nicely and now we have John Emery and TD. The offensive line is still a question mark but that’s where Joe Brady comes in clutch. If he can develop schemes that allow burrow to get rid of the ball quicker it could ignite our run game. This is what we’ve needed all along and if it works I think we have a fair shot at wining the west. I believe in Aranda and I think he will put together a very stout defense this year. The defensive line is shaky but I think we have lots of potential on that front. Fehoko, shelvin, Rashard, Logan, and ika are all fully capable. I don’t even need to talk about our DBs and safeties, we have all Americans all over the place. Hopefully they connect the dots and make a championship run. This team is solid.

Dealing with injuries. Fehoko, Phillips, and Fulton didn't play.

I agree minus the d-line being shaky part. I think our d-line should be pretty nasty next year.

We had that problem a lot last year. It’s one of the things I worry about for this upcoming season.
