Orgeron - "No one's told me about my job status. I'm the head coach of the LSU Tigers"

Reporter asked about Orgeron "blocking out the noise" and some of the things being said and reported about his future at LSU.

I can go in there and read everything you write and then talk to the team about it. But I don't listen to that stuff. The best thing for me is to be very positive. I will say this and I will say it again - no one has to tell me about the LSU expectations. I know them. I was born with them. I know this is not the LSU standard of performance. I understand my job. I get it totally. I know exactly where I'm at. I'm going to work as hard as I can today and don't blink.

Wow, Jacques Doucet just tried to ask about his job status, and Orgeron interrupted him and said "Hey Jacques, hey Jacques, excuse me, are you trying to get another quote out of me? Huh? You sure?

Jacques - "No sir, I'm just trying to do my job".

Orgeron - "Ok, good. I"m going to do mine. I'm handling things great. I said that before."
