First off, I have faith in O to find a great replacement, he has shown he knows how to build and manage his staff. We knew this was going to happen sooner or later, I'm betting O had a short list in his pocket. As long as O doesn't have his eye on the NFL, no problem there, we good.

Secondly, Aranda loved his time in BR, made a lot of friends here, 10-15 years down the line when O retires as head for the HOF, he may be replacement material.

I have faith in O, but you're kidding yourself if you think Aranda is just "replacement material." He was an elite coordinator.

I’m assuming he meant, when O retires, Aranda can replace O!

That's what I got from it also. And who knows anything about Aranda the HC yet?
