No it doesn't, anytime I watch it, it reminds me of the ridiculous amount of talent that 2019 team had. There won't ever be a team exactly like the 2019 team, it was one of a kind.

There was no way anyone could have stopped that 2019 LSU team's offense. The best any defense could do was try to slow them down for a short period of time. It was the best Auburn could do thar year, and it still wasn't good enough to beat LSU. It was the best college football team I've ever seen.

Guess I was wrong.

And LSU had to play their worst game of the season and uncharacteristically play terrible in the redzone and I still never felt threatened that LSU was going to lose that game.

After the Texas game, I was convinced that however many points we needed, Burrow would get them.

It was a confidence I haven't felt in a lifetime of LSU football. I knew, for a fact, that our guy was better than their guy (and he made every player on the offense better). That makes the difference in the NFL (usually). It certainly did for us.

Hadn’t seen that before. Thanks a lot man. Woke up in the middle of the night at like 4 AM and thought I’d watch a few minutes to get me back to sleep. Ended up watching the whole thing.

No doubt, but the Bama fans here and there claim Bama's most recent team was the best ever...

And they are dead wrong too, the 2019 LSU team would have beaten any college football team I've ever seen, with the exception maybe of those Miami Hurricane teams of the 1980's-1990's.

That is really the only team I think that would have put up a fight for 4 quarters. It would not have been any Alabama team. To clarify, the best Alabama team they have ever had would still not have been good enough to stop the 2019 LSU Tigers on offense.

There were certainly teams with better defenses than ours was in 2019, but no offense has ever been as prolific as our 2019 offense was. At times we made NCAA Div I college football teams look like high school teams.

I’ll watch it again next time it is on. If I’m being honest the first time I watched... it was underwhelming and didn’t really capture the season. It will never not be enjoyable watching a show about LSU going undefeated, winning all the awards, and a natty. But it was lacking.

It’s cool in terms of the memory. I don’t think it was that great. In it’s defense I do think that it felt like a ton was missing due to it’s short run time.
