Curley Hallman’s coaching career ended as LSU defeated Arkansas 30-12 in Little Rock. Curley would finish with a 16-28 record.

I was at this game. The only things I remember are that it was cold, Sheddrick Wilson and Brett Bech made some big plays, and Pig fans were fighting each other after the game. Frick Arkansas.

I agree, that is always what I thought, I watched Brett Favre by himself beat a Bobby Bowden FSU team that was a NFL farm team. Not sure how much coaching Curley was doing other than telling Brett just call your own ball plays and get me a win. Which in reality was probably one of the few smart moves Curley made as a coach

Can confirm. I was there as well. It was lightly raining and about 40 degrees max. And they sho was angry
