Brady and McMahon were both fantastic. Everything other than that has been a whole lot of meh. Really hoping he's learned from the past hires and that this new round of coaches are gonna be able to win in year 1.

O got the job promising to be an elite recruiter and hiring the best assistants in America. He's delivered on the recruiting, but overall has failed with his hires.
