The OL has been pretty mediocre, and I was worried UF would have their way with us at times. Instead, the OL turned in their best performance all season. They were basically flawless. Hats off to those guys for preparing and executing at such a high level. No sacks - that's incredible.

Reminiscent of the USCe game with Clowney a few years ago. Maligned OL that turned out to be dominant that night.

The offense as a whole is clicking because of them

I saw 0 weaknesses on the offense

Can’t believe I typed that out

You don’t put up the stats this offense has put up all year with a mediocre offensive line. They have been good all season. Last night they played great.

It seems clear that the OL has gotten comfortable with their assignments.

When you watch past games, most of their troubles stemmed from poor angles, and missed assignments.

Last night, that was basically non-existent and, as Joe said in his interview, I think HE is getting better at calling protections which helps a ton too.

Agree that they played awesome last night. I do think OL play has been much improved this season over last few seasons. Staying healthy has a lot to do with it. Props to the trainers.

OL is the key to everything good on offense. Last night the entire unit was fantastic.

Deculus might be the sneaky most improved player on the team. Charles always has had potential to be a stud, last year he was fighting injuries. His improvement is also night and day from last year, but I think it’s more about his conditioning and health being right this year.

Interior OL was a strength on paper coming into this year, and they have delivered as expected.

exactly. Bencoleman had asked me why I though Deculus would be fine. I told him I see enough athleticsm (which 'enough' isn't really a huge endorsement but whatever) but that he made steady progress last year.

My point being he's continued that steady progress AND hit the S&C really hard this offseason.

I think Charles' issue was a well hidden shoulder injury last year that other teams figured out and exploited.

Was very impressed with the line last night.

Going in I thought they were going to be a liability but they killed it last night. Both run blocking and pass protection

Not false. The offense overall has been prolific, but the OL has been the weak spot by far. They were like 60th in TFL allowed and sacks per game. They were mediocre.

Last night they were elite. 1 TFL all night. No sacks. Dominated in the run game.

Best Oline play we have seen all year , and maybe even all of last year too.
