Josh Spence is an idiot. Goes from 3rd round last year, comes back to Arizona State, hardly plays, and drops to the 9th round. Quite an expensive decision for him

Likely. I read he wanted a fairly big signing bonus and a lot of scouting reports had him as one of the top talents in HS. Some even thought Jones had a higher ceiling than Cecchini, who was picked in the 4th with a ACL injury.

I've heard some rumors on the rivals baseball board that he might not have actually been hurt, who know. sounds like a strange situation with him
