n the TV Guide here it doesn't have the LSU game on FSHouston it has big 12 showcase

Take FS channels out of the picture for satellite, only some cable affiliates will have the game.
Channel 38 on Cox in Baton Rouge will pick up that feed. So will FCS Pacific which is availble pretty much nation wide. Although doubful, there is a chance that DirecTV's program guide is wrong and that 617 or 623 (FCS programming) or 655 (FS-FL alternate) could show the game.
As far as other cable affiliates, go look at your provider's info

I was just going to reply to the originator of this thread, but you beat me to it. I have DirecTV and none of the following channels have the game (Network, Channel, Listing):
FSHOU 678 Union & Dynamo MLS Soccer
FSSW 676 Big 12 Showcase
SUN 653 Nuggets @ Heat NBA
FSFL 654 Islanders @ Panthers NHL
FSFL+ 655 College Baseball Maine @ FSU
Alternate: Stetson @ FSU (strange)

This is the case involving SEC Sports every Saturday, whether it be football, basketball or baseball. We get Fox Houston on Charter and they aren't carrying the game, but since we are in Louisiana they always pick up the Fox Sports South feed on Saturday afternoons/evenings so we can see SEC programming.
