nonetheless, you may not be aware of his $15 MILLION buyout.
He is not going anywhere on his own volition.
Besides, Harris may actually improve. He's just a soph.
With a real QB, LSU can beat any team in the land.

Who was the drunk guy who slowly bubbled through all the LSU injuries and then asked Miles about the 4th and 1 mishandled handoff play?

Dude sounded like he was nodding off on oxys.

I'm not so sure that was Les as much as ESPN trying to be the TMZ of sports, and essentially punking themselves. Local shows all morning had been saying this was a bunch of hype about nothing.

I just got a message from The Score saying LSU prepared to fire Les Miles. Boosters agree to buy out contract. Anyone else see this?

Of course he isn't considering retirement. He wouldn't collect the buyout money then. This is all about money.

I love that he's going out like a gangster (if he's going out). No sense in tucking your tail between your legs.

If I were he, that's how I'd go out: "Fire my arse and I'll take the money please, Have a GREAT day!"

Then come on Trant and poke errybody!

Yeah, that would be the way to handle it. Make it a win-win situation. If they force him out with the buyout on top, and the new hire is a dud, it's "Told you so, thanks for the $15 million." If the new hire is a success, it's "Your welcome for the recruits, thanks for the $15 million."
