He doesn’t know how to handle success. There are 2 Ed Orgerons, the motivated guy who does what’s necessary and the fat cat who lives on the hog when he has leeway. We’ve seen this the entire time he’s been here but he’s always had protection from Arandas D and the strength of what had been built here in the past. That is quickly eroding and I’d bet we see the best version of O next year but it maybe too late.
