O hit the lottery with the Brady hire. Props to O for seeing potential greatness in Brady to give him a shot. And Props to Ensminger for not having an ego to let Brady quickly work his magic into the offense. Appears to be great chemistry as LSU transitions Brady to OC next year. The future is now.

Props to Ensminger for the no ego thing. Dude stays up late at night and wakes up early studying and prepping. He lives in his office basically. I have no complaints from the job has done with the offense I'm glad we are making changes

Slinger is a true tiger that bleeds purple and gold.

That RPO bubble screen to Marshall for 6 was a thing of beauty. I thought it was Brees to MT for a second there. Can’t wait to see more wrinkles like that

I give E a ton of credit for recognizing his deficiencies and that he needed help. It's not always easy to embrace change, but he's literally done it overnight. I think he and Brady have kind of a father-son dynamic b/c of the age difference, which is obviously working out well.

I used to think E was one of Les "good O boy, yes man" hires like Bradley Dale Peveto and Doug Mallory but he is proving he is different!

Brady is most likely future OC and will take on an apprenticeship type role for a couple seasons. He is still young and doesn't have a lot of coaching experience so might need a little time to get seasoned. Should work out well and by that time Ensminger will probably be ready to go any way. The combination of the two working together is working out really well in the meantime. It's seems to be a great situation all the way around.

I wonder who it was that went to consult with the Saints about offense. Good thing they came back and told O about a very sharp young coach, I forget his name.

E is not a big ego guy, so it does not surprise me that there is cooperation.

Hes so humble that he calls himself the offensive coordinator while someone else runs his offense

O calls him the OC. Supposedly E didn't want the job to begin with and was pressured into it. I wouldn't be shocked if E would've been fine with Brady being titled Co-OC when they hired him.

Sean Payton was not happy that Brady left.

To me, that says a lot about his value.

Such a misguided thought.

Payton was asked this week if he'd seen how Brady's new offense did and said he didn't see the game or results. He did say nice things about Brady, but wonder if he's still pissed about Brady leaving.

When Coach O referred to him as Coach Brady, the media should have asked if he will take over for Ensminger or will it be a dual role?

I don't care who is called what. If the offense is humming, I want it to stay that way.

It's O's job to understand if it is Brady making this happen, or if it's mostly E. It's O's job to understand that if either Brady or E were gone, then the offense would take a step back. We aren't in the meetings, at the practices, in the booth, so we don't know. We can only speculate.

It's also O's job to make the decision that will keep that going. If it means keeping it the same, then fine. If it means Brady needs to be OC, so he doesn't leave for an OC job (which will happen really really quickly if he is the cause for the powerful offense) then it needs to be done.

We don't know exactly what's making the offense roll, we just want it to keep rolling.

Why? In an attempt to create a controversy? Some LSU "fans" can never just be happy. They have to look to stir up issues.
