Not going to bash Wade today, just note

I’m disappointed in this LSU basketball season thus far, with all the promise it showed early on. Maybe Miller can come back from his injury but it’s going to take more offense and I’m not sure where LSU finds it.

You couldn’t just include this in the other thread? We need to consolidate the retardation.

I’m going to wait for pinson and days to be back at 100% before I’m disappointed. They haven’t lost yet when everyone is healthy.

I will admit the offense has really been struggling though. Wilkinson has to find some way to at least score a couple of baskets again. Reid is just not ready but He has to play some out of necessity.

The team has flaws but most do. Pinson will help on offense when back healthy.

The early “promise” this team showed is because they played a weak OOC schedule that the Rant believed to be top 20.

They also beat Kentucky, Tennessee and won at Florida in a 3 game stretch. That’s not something that bad teams usually do either.

They are in a slump right now. Certain guys are having to play more minutes than they should and the team looks tired to me. The injuries leading to more minutes and this opening schedule of sec has been tough.

They may spiral but I’m going to wait until everyone is back healthy before I panic or disparage the players and coach.

UK and UT were good wins and I was stepping on the bus. I’m back off of it now.

I think that’s fair at this point I’m just going to try and wait until healthy again. I think pinson is a key cog in this teams success

Injuries are part of the game, if u have a team that only has 5 good players you will not win

Judge this team when they are fully healthy and play the easier part of our schedule

what? A team is judged by games against the better teams on its schedule. Beating lesser teams is good, but it's those games against the better teams that truly define a team.

And in the Dance, we'll play very good teams.

And a healthy LSU struggled against lesser opponents. Even when healthy teams know how to beat LSU, restrict them to being a half court offense, allow very few vast breaks to the goal.

He can't. He needs his own attention. He lacks it in his real life, so he comes here to get it.

A team is judged by how far they advance in the tourny, not by a slump in January regardless of competition.

Yep and it goes both ways. We only beat Kentucky by 5 and their starting guard got hurt within the first 5 minutes.

I think we’ll get hot here soon against the weaker part of our schedule, but we are going to have to have big offensive improvement if we want to make a run in the post season

You can't say use a player getting hurt as a reason we won and then turn around and ignore the fact that Murray, Pinson, Days were missing in our L's though.

I will just say this, the problem is more than missing X Pinson, yes Gaines is out of control but those thinking Pinson coming back is the secret sauce and will solve all problems are just wrong.

Huh? I literally said it goes both ways. People are using our injuries as why we have lost. Other teams can use their injuries as a reason that we beat them. I am acknowledging both sides.
