Not sure exactly..one that recruits his arse off. Coaches up his players and lights a fire in their arse. One that rips the umpires a new one when they hose us on a call. Pretty much most coaches for other top programs would suffice.

Awesome coach when bad pitcher on mound and team runs up score.
