I just had to laugh at myself this afternoon...here's this guy who works downtown, pushing a dolly by the library to load up my truck with papers.

Not to mention, my truck is adorned with an LSU alumni decal.

Someone actually asked me what I was doing...I told them recycling...

Classic.

Based on your consistent home/away attendance, tailgate coordinating, and now the newspaper heist I'd like to say too bad you don't get paid for being a fan.

shite, if someone paid me enough to cover my bills and food. I'd do it immediately.

The day I have to miss a big LSU event for something is going to suck...

Right now, I have to take a class for work that might conflict with a Super Regional appearance by the baseball team...

i used to bring papers for every home game when i was a student a couple years ago...

i'd do it two ways, grab a couple papers every day i went to class in CEBA or near the Quad then throw them in my truck, then on game days, grab those and add some from Lockett and the Library and bam, you have a shitload.

we did fill up the lower bowl one time and the entire student section about 4 or 5 years ago...

nothing beats seeing the other players on the opposing team look at us like we're idiots...

i can't make it to many games anymore b/c i moved to N.O. but i'll be watching it on TV and i listen to every game on the radio...

i miss being a lunatic...

Now if we could only put this much effort into doing "Laser Pointer Night", that would be awesome.

I'll be walking into stadium at 6:10 or so. A student with an iPhone should post the progress they have made with coating the chairs with newspapers

i get off at 5:30 and an hour and a half drive, with any traffic makes me late for the game.

i catch them on the weekends when i'm in town.

don't judge my fandom...i've gone to more road games than you have home chief...just b/c i can't make them consistently right now doesn't mean i'm not a fan.

i have a work truck, with a gas card and insurance paid, it's not the $ issue, it's a timing issue.

As soon as the rain stops, I'll be delivering the papers to the PMAC.

Won't be able to get to the PMAC until 5:30 or so for good, so I'll prob bring them over around 2 or 3.

i think the best way to do it is designate people to do certain spots. I can do half of the upper. where are you going to be putting the papers

we would always get the papers and keep them up front by the door. that way, right before they opened the doors, we would pass a bunch of papers to everyone in line right behind us so it would be easier to bring in. trust me, we had a shite load of papers and this is the easiest way.

I'm dropping them off at the student entrance. You'll see them...

Just have a few people do each section. Start on the first row of the 100's and move up row by row. That way in case we don't have enough, the bowl will be filled.
