Per Schefter:

With New Orleans shut down and its Mayor Latoya Cantrell repeatedly declining to allow the Saints to have limited-capacity fans, team officials are meeting today with LSU officials about hosting upcoming games at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, La, per Saints' official Greg Bensel.

Kinda a win-win, LSU gets revenue, Saints get some revenue. Only problem is the field will get tore up, which will hurt our DBs in pass coverage.

How the frick you gonna bring in a pro football team and it’s fans into a city for a needless sporting event and still justify ANY restrictions from that point forward. How fricking stupid

I don't agree with your sentiment, but the point about the field is something I didn't think about

As long as the Saints incur all responsibility for field maintenance and politics aside, I think it's a great idea.

It's another marketing/recruiting opportunity for LSU. Imagine hosting recruits at Tiger Stadium for a Saints game. What a unique experience for 17/18 year old kids.
