not necessarily. LSU didn't officially announce the "throwback" uniforms against State in 2016 until the week of the game.

I'm not employed by the LSU marketing department. I just don't believe they'd put these new uniforms in the players' lockers if they weren't wearing them in their next game.

Maybe it was just in one locker for a photo shoot?
IDK... just throwing out possibilities, but I doubt they wear these for Bama. They'll probably make an official announcement soon.

I agree and this is why i think they wear them against State. It being homecoming and the 125th anniversary also makes me lean towards State. I don't foresee (and hope) they don't wear them against Alabama.

Miss St is an adidas school, which I think is one of the reasons we’re wearing them this week. Nike likes to do that
