Are you going to pay for it? Or would you rather the Nebraska tax payers?

Well it doesn't. It's going to take 2 years to get new baseballs made?

2 years?

At least they approved it. Could be worse.

So 10 months and a year.

I'm not trying to be a jerk but it said 2015.

Honestly I'm not trying to derail the thread.

Hopefully they get to use them sooner. Maybe I misunderstood.

they get enough revenues to pay for it..
they should have planned it better, specially center field...between the in blowing wind and the distance, it neutralizes teams w/ power.
I think it lost us at least one game, having to play small ball w/ UCLA..THEIR OUTFIELDERS did not have to worry about the ball going over their head.

The point is, we only have 1 season left with the old ball. This approaching year is 2014. Won't have the new ball any sooner or later, for reasons already stated.

They built it in the same dimensions as rosenblatt. They would not have gotten approval for any other design. Even the Yankees had problems like this when they built their new park with the same dimensions.

Orig, Rosenblatt was 420, brought in to 408 later..WIND BLOWS left to right, or slightly out most often

This new stadium is 408, but WIND BLOWS STRAIGHT IN, nullifying the power.

...not all 408s are created equally
