Last year LSU went 9-4 overall (6-2 conf) under a first full year head coach. Miss St. went 9-4 (4-4 conf) under the BEST coach they’ve ever had. 2018 LSU I believe is a more talented team. Moo state is starting with a new coach, yet is still projected to finish higher than LSU in the West by many analysts? **edited for the grammar police**

so the analysts believe a first year head coach will do better than an 'experienced' head coach with a more talented team?

only way i'd believe that is if you told me that Ed Orgeron was the experienced coach.

Thanks for editing.

Now go ahead and add your thoughts. I legit don't see a single thought you've had in your post. You just stated absolute facts that everyone already knows.

sometimes real analysts make pretty decent predictions, esp in obvious situations. however, most "analysts" are not qualified to make predictions. and many of these idiots are merely playing to their audience. I guess anyone on sports TV is an "analyst". and this year, with this LSU team I don't believe ANY predictions. any one with any sense can tell this team has a damn good defense and has a chance at a very good offense with a more mature talented QB.

all I feel comfortable predicting is that 6-6 is utter bull shite and so is 15-0.

Dude, you’re getting roughed up in this thread. If you want I can point out more grammatical errors so that the subject changes.

Totally agree. Moo State is way overrated for a first year coach. Coach O will win at least 10 games.

Teddy, listen, you literally didn't post any of your thoughts on the analysts predictions. Personally I'm interested, just waiting to see your take. Hurry up though. It's getting late and I gotta work in the AM.

My thoughts were LSU is a more talented team, Moo state had a better coach last year, and the last sentence alluded to the incorrect predictions from analysts that Moo state would finish ahead of LSU. I understand you were trying to be a dick/funny but at the same time you were trying to be clever. Try reading the post BEFORE you shite on it.

How do you know for sure they don’t have a better coach this year?

It’s my opinion that Dan Mullen is the best coach they’ve ever had. Unless Joe Moorhead proves otherwise by surprise. As of now though, I don’t believe joe is.

That wasn’t the question, unless your assumption is they have to be the best coach in State history in order to be better than Orgeron.

So your "thoughts" are that LSU is more talented. That's one thought and the only one you provided. But anyway.

I agree with you that LSU is more talented across the board.

I don't know that Ed Orgeron is better than Moorhead and you don't either.

I know that MSU returns damn near the whole team that drilled the f outta LSU last season.

Hope we beat em and start a new ridiculous streak against them. But they SHOULD be more highly regarded than us at this point.
