My message to board of supervisors.....

Am in the process of negotiating a lease for a space in Nicholson Gateway Development. Deal is overly expensive with a lot of heavy handed LSU and BOS bs in the lease. If I take a crap, they want to require me to use whichever TP is the official TP of LSU! Also, all employees will have to park on east side of campus and walk all the way to Nicholson on game days,so Joe can get his parking money! Obviously, the 10k a month in rent doesn’t give me a right to one or two spots. With the apparent tanking of LSU football, I think I am going to have to send them an email in the morning explaining why I will have to pass unless they make serious concessions.
