With LSU's clear bag policy and the SEC's rule about no artificial noisemakers we should not hear or see a darn cowbell Saturday night right? If we would, that MSU fan should be removed from the game and MSU should be fined, right? And while I am on this Rant, how can we be fined for entering the field, but MSU's home games are filled with cowbells! Both are against SEC rules!

The SEC ruled that Moo State can ring the cowbells at home, because of "tradition" or some such BS.

However, they aren't supposed to be able to bring them into opposing stadiums.

LSU should confiscate every last one they find.

On a scale from 1 to 10, how much less could you care?

We should hand out whistles and force the SEC to ban them all. Why have a rule if you don’t enforce it?

Other "traditions" are changed all the time. The cowbells offer them an unfair advantage. The only fair exemption would be that they can use them at their home games but any time they play away, the home team can use artificial noisemakers of there choice against them.

I agree. We could say it's our new tradition. What would happen if all of the duck hunters who are also Tiger fans brought duck calls into the stadium. The SEC would put an end to that with a quickness.
