YET!! I like the hire. A quality coach and individual. IMO he is very unlikely to fail. We will be a better team than we have been for the last 3 seasons. No knock on Mainieri. He’s had some tough breaks, unfortunately he didn’t have the depth to do much more than was done. That part is on him and really Nolan Cain. He recruited good players but not enough top notch pitching.

By this metric, Ed orgeron should barely have been hired as a Rouse’s bag boy much less an LSU football coach and you worship him.
