More impressive win: Oregon in '11 or VT in '07

After watching the Oregon win, I thought we looked just as dominant as we did against VaTech. Oregon was a better team than VT and had the mystique of their offense still intact. Plus, we started a backup qb. I'm starting to think the win over Oregon was more impressive.

Oregon was a better team and on a neutral field, but the VT game is arguably the most dominating win in the Miles' era. 598 yards to 149, and a lot of their yards came late in the game with Tyrod Taylor. It was an absolute bloodbath

VT 07 there were a good team that we totally embarrassed. VT had 2 losses that year too but they had no shot of making the championship game because everyone remember that beat down.

Oregon because of all the hype

VT because I was there... I vividly remember KW hurdling that guy on the sidelines... That's the only detail from the game I remember because I was so inebriated

VT was a good win. Beating Oregon was still a solid win, especially since the year before they played in the BCS Championship

VT was more impressive. This lsu team is the most complete team since the '07 team. We could see that type of game against Wisconsin.

VT. Oregon was without their best defensive player:

VT would have played in the NC game that year had they not played LSU. They were very good that season.

That has to be painful from their perspective. If they would have just played a typical cupcake at home they're in the title game.

And go look at that f'n '07 offense during the VT game. Just beautiful. Crowton was calling straight heat back in the day

Has to be that VT game. That was just a straight up arse whipping. Complete domination.

Sure wish I could've been there to see it in person.

Both just absolute beat downs, a shame the rants savior didn't change qbs in 11 for the final game to have the same result
