Not sure about 2012, but no one drafted after the tenth round got 7 figures in 2013. The highest was Rowdy Tellez at $850k. Including Tellez, only 4 guys drafted outside of the top 10 rounds got over $500k.
eta...The slot value of the last pick of the first round is $1.65 million.

Yeah, saw that. Which made today that much more confusing. Feel really bad for ibarra. Kid decides to come back for senior year, and now nothing.
