Where you get drafted it means nothing, its how much money the team can offer.

It isn't just about throwing money around. It's how they're using their budget. Once a signee is drafted you'll need to watch and see what they're paying their other picks in the top 10 rounds, and hope they haven't picked multiple seniors or others that will be easy signs.
