Is it usual for Cowan’s fast ball to sit around 89-90? Changeup is nasty as hell, but I remember him throwing harder

Is it crazy to think we should put Cowan in our Sunday starter spot? The guy was a low level Friday guy, so you know he can extend.
Having a guy that can give you a bunch of innings on a Sunday can be a weapon, à la Eric Walker. Shores might be better for this team in the bullpen.
