So?

what are you suggesting? That we go in thinking we're going to beat them by 20??..

This isn't a question concerning confidence, but if you think Orgeron will let this team forget the beat down we got last year, you're mistaken.

So much more riding on this game with Miss St. this game is huuuuuge! LSU needs to find a way to win, no doubt it’s going to be tested. No surprise given the toughness of LSU’s scedulle, every team comes in hungry for victory against the Tigers.

Last year State let us know n a big way that this isn’t the Bulldogs that lost 20 straight. Makes this game feel more like a real rivalry. They win be pumped but this time so will our tigers!!

I don't see it nearly as cut and dry. LSU is a better team than Florida and lost...was outplayed and outcoached.

The better team doesn't always win. If we let state establish a run and can't answer, they can beat us.

They also feel disrespected after beating us by 30 and we schedule them for homecoming.

That has nothing to do with disrespect

they are like 5th or something in the FBS on Defense for points allowed

They are the #1 in scoring defense. Giving up 12.7 points per game.

Dropping this game would have a huge negative impact on the rest of the season. This is as big of a must win as it gets.

I'm legit concerned about playing @A&M

Unfortunately, I think we drop the Bama and A&M game this year. Puts us at three losses which is about what I expected going into the bowl. On the flip side, I have a gut feeling about this LSU team that happens every five or six years just like 2011. They could run the table and I would not be that surprised. They are a good to great football team.

this had nothing to to with the fans overlooking UF.

even if they beat us this week I will still think LSU is better than MSU. I mean that is how the world turns.

Very important that we punch em in the mouth early and not let up, at all.

Don't give them a glimmer of hope of beating us in TS

Very important that LSU gets a lead, the fact is LSU’s offense has started off fast in every game. That needs to continue.

This game is going to be a fight. MissSt matches up very well with LSU IMO... they’re gonna run the ball run the ball run the ball, I hope we can stop it.

And their D is legit.

This game WILL be closer than LSU-UGA

Who cares if they are confident. What matters is the attitude of LSU. They need to focus and take care of business. I would expect the coaches to have them ready.

They haven’t played any offensive juggernauts but their D-line is legit.
We’re not as thin on defense as we were last year.
We had no offensive identity last year. This offense is figuring out who it is.
