Should tell you the story. It looked like LSU coaches knew they are the weaker team and they were trying to kill time to keep the score close and somehow win at the end.

No I think that was more of not having experienced coaching staff communicating. I think they were way overthinking things

I thought it was more about taking their time with Max, not making him rush things. The offense was probably way more complex than what he was running vs UF and Ole Miss. He's definitely not up to speed with everything.

It looked to me like y'all were trying to keep our explosive offense (210 yards rushing ant 250 passing on just 9 completions) off the field!

Or they were confused by the looks, including ONE-DOWN LINEMAN on numerous snaps!

Or the crowd noise, yes, THE CROWD NOISE causing a timeout on the FIRST DRIVE. I thought that only happens in Death Valley?

Would be nice (but not expecting) a post praising UCLA for the absolute arse whipping they put on you.

And how great the Rose Bowl is after your laughable mocking of our crowd based on one 12:30 kickoff against an opponent no one was excited about, a MONTH BEFORE our school starts and students start pouring in

Why go no huddle if you are going to milk it? I don’t understand the reasoning.

This was UCLA's superbowl. They came out with exotic looks, blitz packages, amoeba fronts. UCLA shot their wad on defense. Your best defensive packages have now been put on tape for the next week's offensive coordinator to study and game-plan around.

I'll give you credit--your RB's are studs and your offensive line knows how to hold, so your offensive will look good. But your defense will not be a successful as they were last night.

That's certainly a "glass half full" way of looking at it. To me it looked like they were slow in decision making and communication.

I don’t think they’re capable of this.

No, we showed new wrinkles last night, sure. One Down Lineman! you ever seen that before. You ever see blitzes coming like that? because your team never had.

We'll adjust for every game.

But DO NOT kid yourself, that was no Super Bowl for us, just our annual tough intersectional game we play ever single year. Home and away, we play em all.

Our Super Bowl is SC, plain and simple, every year.

Reason last nite was extra sweet because we went 2-0 vs. your Obnoxious OGRE Trojan douche-bag, who talked shite then ("bring them crosstown boys to our house and lock the gates") and last night, something about powder blue.

Yeah, that Purple was a scary color, you swamp Thug

Good riddance.

All we have over LSU?

--better coaching
--tougher kids
--smarter kids
--Hotter cheerleaders (by a country mile)
--Best home stadium and atmosphere in college football -- google any ranking of the subject matter
Yeah, yeah, you have an 8-deck concrete monstrosity in the middle of a swamp that gets loud. BFD.
--Oh yeah, we are the #! Public University in the country, hands down. Gorgeous campus in Bel Air.

And a real life beyond just how badly we destroyed you cocky, arrogant pricks last night. Back to tinseltown. CALI Love!

how does it feel to know that you could win every game on your schedule and still not get a playoff spot

Did you not notice the sideline huddles? Looked frantic and disorganized. Coaches looking at each other not knowing what to do and Orgeron standing there like a dunce with nothing to add. Pure chaos.

"how does it feel to know that you could win every game on your schedule and still not get a playoff spot"

We have five ranked teams left on our schedule, LSU has three. Our schedule is much tougher. unless you're gonna talk more shite about Fresno st. against your lineup of McNeese State, Louisiana Monroe and Central Michigan. Plus the 5 auto SEC patsies every year. some shite like Arkansas, Miss St., Ole Miss, Auburn (sucks too), Kentucky, Vandy. Jesus, what an overrated sack of shite, plus 3 or maybe 4 good teams that get auto top 5 ranks because ESPN says so and owns your semi-pro league outrigh

Add in (once ranked) LSU, 6 of the 12 teams we play are still ranked. LUS have 3 scheduled.

SEC my arse. We're 6 of our last 7 overall (including Bama twice), and 8 straight against ranked SEC opponents.

I noticed, after a 3rd and long completion to Dulcich down to the 1, a defense confused, not even lined up, and a quick snap left sweep for another TD where the scorer WAS UNTOUCHED.

that's called getting Chipped, getting "Blurred," getting out-classed and smoked
