Well being as we are on the theme name calling... you Doc are POS.
Your continous JL berating IS FUKING OLD.
Youve been doing it since ark game.
You try to make like you were a supporter of JL just enough where other wont slam you to death.
As stupid as some of the thing tojo says, you are equally as stupid if not worse on this topic.
YOU are the worst kind of "fan"... you have some bias built up against JL you actually WANT HIM TO FAIL... you never once take in conseideration the situation JL was put into and sure as frick dont give the guy the benefit of the doubt.... you are the same a-hole that will be calling for RS if JJ happens to struggle and that would really suck for you b/c then it ruins your whole race agenda then wouldnt it???....you are lying sack of shite of say otherwise, your posts are proof enough....
Im tired of reading you garbage and FWIW just you in general make me sick..it amazes me how you havent gotten banned.

was jefferson given a legit shot at the starting QB spot at the beginning of the season?
why would he?
hindsight is 20/20.
the coaches had 2 guys that had been in the system. one of which has a good arm.
your right though. lets put in the guy that has about a month to learn everything and trust that he will get the job done.
i doubt our record would have been as good with JJ starting all year.
again though, i want JJ starting this year though.

Why in the world would you want to throw a true freshman to the wolves at the beginning of the season and take a chance of ruining his confidence?
Miles and Crowton started the upper classman with more experience. Why are you so clueless?

YEAR CMP ATT YDS CMP% YPA LNG TD INT SACK RAT
2006 22 33 358 66.7 10.85 55 5 1 0 201.73
because tebow was thrown to the wolves at the beginning of the season.
and when did he start to actually throw the ball?

or maybe a full year in the system. or a full year to develope as a player, as a person.
are you really telling me at the start of the season you, as a coach, would have said "to hell with these other two guys that have been here and have been learning the system. lets put in the guy that just got here and have him in there for the whole season."

I would have given all three a legit chance.
you think shep will be given a chance to earn the starting spot?
that's what he was promised.
i'm sure jefferson was promised the same thing.

Amazing stupidity even for a clueless ranter.
Lets take a kid who was playing high school football last year and let the future BCS champion Florida Gators chew him up for lunch--good idea.

looks like he threw it over 30 times as a freshmen in 2006.
so he actually started to throw the ball in 2006.

TheDock thinks Sheppard was promised a chance to start against the Florida Gators.
You must also think Tebow was promised a chance to start his freshman year. What an idiot.

yeah, way to twist around everything I just typed.
that is not what I said.
and for the love of all that is sacred, please at least spell shepard's last name right.

Only a fool is compelled to state the obvious, but I will give you a few hints at the obvious.
Hatch is an old man compared to J.J. and with maturity comes wisdom.
Jarret Lee experienced a year's worth of college life dealing with college studies, the football playbook with its new terminology and practice schedule.

JJ will start this season. Main problem is he likes to take on safeties and LBs head on. Until he learns not to do that, there's a good chance Lee will get back into the game. If Shep ends up starting a game at QB this year, it will be for a very bad reason. And he will struggle badly if he does.
