The first mate went straight to the sailors berth deck and announced, "The Captain thinks you guys smell bad and wants you to change your underwear." He continued,"Pittman, you change with Jones, McCarthy, you change with Witkowski, and Brown, you change with Schultz."

THE MORAL OF THE STORY: Someone may come along and promise "Change", but don't count on things smelling any better.

He also said Mett would play in the bowl game after he tore his ACL and that Blue would return to health during the season, and that Doucet would not be limited against Kentucky. He lies a lot.

Tiger fan base. WAKE UP!!! Our offensive strategy is NOT going to change. Les has been using this philosophy for 20+ years, makes several million dollars a year and has been very successful in his industry. He's not going to change this philosophy. We'll win a lot of games, beat a mediocre team in a bowl, win 10 games and do it over again next year.

If you actually listened to what he said, he didn't promise change. That's why no one should be surprised with the team's performance. This is like an alcoholic saying that he will continue to go to bars, but will do better at trying not to drink too much. Some of y'all hear that and interpret it as him saying that he's going to quit drinking.

He thought Miles said we didn't need a major overhaul just a tweak here and there. Did you not see the tweak? The wheel route to Fournette was your tweak for the year.

I think Miles must either have neurological impairment in which case he cannot do anything other than perseverate or he is the most passive aggressive coach in America. In either case he cannot be fixed. Expect more of the same except for occasional outbursts of offensive explosiveness designed to reel in fans to set them up for the next disappointment. That's the passive aggressive way.

A companion of a FOOL suffers harm - LSU administrators are FOOL's for giving the reigns of a great program to a bigger FOOL

Change is a very slow process, almost imperceptible at times, that occurs over an extended period of time, particularly as it relates to football. I think it is unfair to judge Miles this early. Most of the change will start to take shape during the practices before the bowl game and then during the spring. Until then, just be patient.
