All the Miles lovers are coming out of the woodwork. "See what y'all did. At least Miles would be doing better than this." Really? How would Miles miraculously have this team doing better? He has the secret to make this o-line block better? He can magically make more d-line players. It's Miles shitty recruiting that is part of this mess. Yeah he loaded us up on running backs, receivers, and D-backs but didn't pay a lot of attention to anything else.

Well, I bet we wouldn't be huffing and puffing in the second quarter, or playing as soft as Charmin. That's about it, though.

I was ready for Miles to go and I'm not the least bit upset he's gone.

But him needing to go and hiring O are 2 separate issues.

That said, I am 100%confident that Miles would not have lost to Troy. And he may have lost to state but not by 30.

O was a disastrous hire and Alleva should have known it.

Ogeron should never be mentioned in the same book as Miles as far as coaching ability, let alone the same sentence.

Miles dealt with this yearly. This is not different than the teama Miles won with.

Your hypocrisy won't let you see that .

LSU didn't recently start losing starters.
This team is loaded per the usual with talent.

The thing a Miles team was not , was soft. Orgeron produces mentally and physically soft teams.

How exactly? Miles can make the o-line block? He couldn't do that the whole time he was here. He almost lost to Troy twice and that was when we were loaded with talent.

I don't think it would have. As frustrating as Les' offense was he had a clear idea of what he wanted to do unlike what we are seeing with O & Canada. Les would have gotten in the I-formation and run right at Troy all night long.

Then why couldn't he do when he was here?

Most here can't separate the two.

In fact, they join them so much we've proceeded from "frick you if you like O" to "frick you if you wanted Miles gone" to "frick you if you like O or wanted Miles gone because you wanting either has destroyed the program and I blame you and you should be banned and executed"... in less than 48hrs

5 linemen wouldn't have transferred. He would still be able to run the ball, passing attack would suck. But no hurrying up to 3 and outs tiring out the defense. No short practices where the team is totally unprepared to start the season.

Oh, and he wouldn't have lost to fricking Troy.

But not having such a poorly conditioned team that both lines get pushed around like bitches by all but the one truly awful team we played this year for starters.

It would have been another ugly win but it would have been a win. Les would have had a fullback in front of Darrell Williams and run into Troy's stacked box all night long until they wore out

Name me the last team that was?

And Miles averaged almost 10 wins a year despite putting 50+ underclassmen in the NFL.

Miles won with teams that has the same issues this team does. But he won ugly and tough. Orgeron loses ugly and soft.
