NC team should be playing tougher schedule like NFL champs. Oh, wait, college teams get to pick their opponents, some of them anyway.

They're going to face more talent playing their backups in practice than they will playing about 10 of their opponents this year.

There's only one game on Alabama's schedule that should be of any concern to Les Miles.

no, Miles outcoached himself and Saban. His ego didn't lose the game, his incorrect interpretation of what happened on 1/9 did...(along with a couple of blown defensive assignments on the last Bama drive)

A playoff will fix that. It needs to extend beyond 4 teams, but it's a step in the right direction. I'd like to see a 16-team playoff, with the ranked conference champs (would probably be SEC, B1G, Big 12, PAC, ACC, American, and MWC most years) getting auto-bids and filling out the rest with at-larges.

The Tigers schedule this year is so slanted to favor Alaham, beating the gumps this year won't be enough. The fans have to back the team more than ever this year.LSU will be tested.

If Miles would have not crapped the bed against Bama last season in TS , asswipe Saban would not have won another NC. Miles needs to outwork Saban. That is all there is to it.

And if Saban would not have shite the bed at BDS against Jordan Jefferson and Les Miles in 2011, he would not have won another NC...

Oh wait...

Why the double standard? Why, as a fan of LSU, do you support the double standard against your own coach?

The regular season game, or the rematch should Miles win? Which is more important?

notice the open dates before A & M and LSU, too

WOW!!! I knew Alabama had the far easier east schedule but I had no idea they had an open date before A&M. Who the frick EVER has an open date on the second week of the season??? First Saturday of September and they're off? That's some bullcrap.

And yes I know we have open dates before the two of them but at much more logical times in the season. This second weekend off bs smells fishy as hell.

really hope bama gets cocky and loses a game or two, but even if they do, i can't seem them still getting left out the sec championship or the bcs title game, and we all know the sec team will win it all.

That's not how it works. You win the division you go to Atlanta. LOL.

Les Miles is right that SEC schedules are out of balance, and that's wrong” by Kevin Scarbinsky, a sports columnist for the Birmingham News.

Miles Brings Up SEC Schedule

I kind of wish we could solve this by using the Untouchables solution for the schedule. A few days before the start of the season, LSU and BAMA suddenly have their schedules switched. Since there is no foul play and no inherent advantage, then it would seem both parties would be ok with it.

Instead of juries, we'd be talking schedules

In fact...I'd like LSU freak to do a gif of this scene with Miles and Saban.

Bama fans hope all LSU fans realize the SEC is responsible for the unfairness in scheduling and not Alabama fans.

We all support Les Miles's timely request for more fairness in scheduling, but it is entirely out of our hands.

Saban also understands Les Miles' problem with the unfairness of SEC scheduling, but it is totally out of his hands too.

With support from Bama fans and LSU fans, we shall over come the unfair scheduling that favors our Crimson Tide.

Except a Bama fan wrote the schedule.

In all seriousness, Alabama fans should be unhappy about their schedule and the identity of the schedule maker. Whatever is accomplished this year (and really last year too) by the Tide will be tainted, fairly or not, by the bridge schedule.
