I would be extremely surprised.
But let’s not act like this guy wasn’t nfl coach of the year at one point and he was an extremely good DC in the NFL for decades.
Honestly the hire would surprise me but O has earned my trust for years. If he thinks he’s the best man for the job then I support it.

I'd dig it as a DC. All the 7-9 memes are funny but I mean that was his head coaching career. Dude still knows defense. Just keep him as far away from the QBs as possible and I wouldnt be mad at it.

I’m fine with it. NFL guy so the scheme would be complex, probably screw with a lot of offenses. Kinda like how no one could stop our offense because it was a modern NFL offense
