One of the minor violations was that Brian Kelly posed for a picture (after first rejecting the request) with a recruit at a high school he visited. You've got to be kidding me. The NCAA is so weak and pathetic with this shite. It's laughable with some of the shite they enforce and some of the problematic stuff they completely ignore.
