I love Eric Walker
However, his success is at the complete mercy of the UMP and his strike zone. Eric Walker lives on the margins. If the UMPs strike zone is tight and he's not giving the black, Walker struggles. If the UMP has a wider strike zone, Walker cruises.
Walker would have struggled with last night's strike zone. He wasn't giving anything away from the batters. He was also a little tight high.

Hope you're right UTP. I'm not as optimistic as I think we'll have to score about 10 to win it today. FSU was there for the taking yesterday but we couldn't put together timley hitting to get it done and with 10 BB will keep most teams in it as it did yesterday. 0 hits through 5 is very misleading. The fact that people downvoted this post tells a lot about this fanbase. They sit back and wait for bad shite to happen so they'll have something to whine about. I agree with your post. We just need to geaux 2 and 0 to get to Omaha ....
