You may be right but don’t look for changes to happen between now and SEC play and I can see it become Marceaux Hess Walker by the end of the year. I trust Walker in a rubber game than Hess is my thinking behind that.

I want to see Hill tomorrow before I say the Saturday and Sunday starters, but I agree that Marceaux should be Friday

Hess and his lack of ability to go deep, which results in LSU going into its bullpen, is not an ideal situation for Friday nights

I have no problem with keeping him there for a couple more weeks. You will know a lot more about all your pitchers by then and can shuffle some things as needed.

I can understand not letting a true freshman pitch on Fridays to begin the season. Give him a few Saturday starts and then switch him for a couple of Friday starts before conference play.
