Make a statement to SEC office about White bad call-send them real sh*t

Not sure if this is legal with USPS but what if the SEC received about 5000 9 X 12 envelopes this week each filled with a healthy scoop of cow fertilizer? Fresh or dried would both work. They won't change their minds but it will be a great story to tell for generations and besides, those SOBs deserve a lot bigger pile of sh*t than what this will create.
