Sitting in the corner of the dugout disgusted and about to fall asleep instead of fricking coaching and trying to get your guys up. Players feed off the coach and his arse is crying in the corner.

I believe some of the issue is the loss of his father. We still need a damn hitting coach though.

Then he should have stepped away. I think that is an excuse though. He did these same things long before his father passed. This mirrors the 2010/2011 seasons after won it all. He admitted he got lazy.

that isn't a excuse. I am sorry that he lost his father, I will probably lose mine in the not too distant future. But if it is effecting him that much he needs to step down or at least take a leave of absence and get his mind straight.
