It really is crazy when you think about it that a single family had 3 kids that all became such high level athletes with Justin obviously on another level there.

I attribute this to being the “runt” when they’d ball together. I learned how to catch well from my uncles throwing me fastballs, not my little brother. Having two older, athletic brothers helped lil bro tremendously.

How many TDS did he have in the 9-6 win against Alabama?

LSU had no shot of winning that game without Jefferson at QB. Lee was terrified of Alabama and the moment. The most glaring example is when deep in his own territory he hurriedly pick up a low snap and almost blindly just threw it right to an Alabama defender. He had almost as many interceptions (2) as completed passes (3) in that game.

As for Jefferson, I've always had respect for his family. He was the first QB to have to play under Miles's philosophy shift post-2008 which severely hamstrung his QB's ability to have success because they were forced to play ultra-conservative. As a result, he had to endure a TON of criticism from the fans and media alike. Because of that the Jefferson family could have been very bitter at LSU and Miles and reluctant to potentially subject their other sons to the same ridicule. Yet, they sent Rickey and Justin to LSU with seemingly no hesitation.

Or maybe we stop em and hold on.

He also got Into a bar fight and talked enough shite to a security guard to get the cops called when he was smoking weed with Tyrann Matthieu.
Things no other college student has ever done.

We just had like a 10-page thread two weeks ago about who was the best bar fighter in LSU football history.

Alabama went down the field and scored like LSU’s defense wasn’t even on the field the drive before. Alabama had all the momentum and it was 3rd and 13 for LSU deep in their own territory.

And Chavis was D Coordinator. Not like Alabama wouldn’t do exactly that against LSU in 2012 and 2014.

Stranger things have happened, namely Lee having any success vs Bama, as reflected in '08, '09, and '11.
Just glad it worked out.

I blame Les for not playing him at safety. Remember how he took out Antonio London after that awful interception?

As long as BH is at Texas I can’t let myself be proud of him. Especially when he is recruiting away from a team I love. Although I felt with the right coaching he would have had more success at LSU.

My Mother Could Complete this Pass
There was literally no pressure on him, and Randle was wide fricking open.

Never fails. If you don’t like who I like you are a racist. Pure stupidity. HE WAS frickING TERRIBLE. It doesn’t have a thing to do with skin color. Nothing personal about it. Anyone saying they loved watching him play must be a relative.

No way of knowing if this is true or not. What we do know for sure is Jefferson was the QB on the field when all touchdowns were scored. Not giving him credit for that game would be dumb.

I was about to tell you that you were confusing Jefferson with Lee, as it was Jefferson who made two great throws in a row to give us the lead. Weird to think that together those were the three best throws of the season.

Who was a good DC. Maybe he makes an adjustment.

And we had some pretty good players like PP7, Mo, and Tyrann as our CBs. And Sheppard who was All SEC and Drake Nevis who was an All American. Lotta playmakers.

Maybe they step up and ya know... make a play.

Lee's fade to beat UF in the Swamp would probably get my vote.

But the big gainers vs Bama from each QB are up there.

Pernod I like a guy who calls it like it is. You are spot on. Downvote me until your fingers fall off, but the young man had no business playing QB, and I blame that on the grass eating mumbling idiot coach we had. He actually pitched the ball to the opponent in the NC Game. He was so scared he couldn’t see straight. If you can’t see that, I can’t help you!

Except that you're completely wrong.
