I'm not sure I see a whole new offensive system being laid out and taught from someone who hasn't had a defined system for 20 years. I get the feeling this will be similar to the interim year where Ensminger is calling plays from Canada's playbook. I'd imagine they want a smooth transition with the QB's having been in the system for a year. I could just see them cutting out all the presnap motion. Just a guess

Ensminger clearly doesn’t get Canada’s offense.

We’re more likely going back to Camron’s playbook.

What if Ensminger has been going to meet with Urban Meyer, Chip Kelly, and Art Briles every night at midnight and unfolds the greatest offense of all time next year. It's possible.

That may be the case as well. Installing an offense is no small task, and I could only imagine the disfunction that could possibly arise from it.

Bruh, I just watched them slaughter Arkansas. I'm well aware and excited for basketball. Now, back to talking football.

Does Ensminger even have a playbook? I know he was a good OC back in the day but after 20 years does he even still have an actual playbook? Serious question.

2 SEC power run/pro style systems with Elite Defenses just competed for the Natty. The blueprint is pretty clear. LSU has always had the blueprint, just not the QB or Playcaller in place at the same time.

You're not allowed to talk about what's to come based on a hire that happened today. Ok, my fault. I'll stick to more relavent topics.

We're going to need to be successful throwing the ball and some receivers are going to need to step up because this is going to be the first time in awhile where LSU doesn't have a surefire thing at rb.

Right now it is recruiting season for football, then the NFL combine to see which LSU Tigers make the NFL, then the NFL Draft to see which rounds LSU players are selected in the draft, then spring training, etc.
In between there could be some coaching changes. These changes can make or break a good program.

LOL, Ensminger has spring, summer and fall to implement his office...Which will probably be the power I variety with 3 receiver sets...similar to the jimbo fisher days.

At this point Ensminger is probably the choice. O may not mettle. This board wanted the latest shiny object. Guaranteed O would have mettled with an unfamiliar OC like Canada.
