Okay forum critics of Coach O and OC Ensminger. Place your name on this list for consideration as LSU's next OC. List your credentials, and your offensive philosophy. Question to Answer: How will you personally make this offense a top five ranked offense nationally on a yearly basis?

O is not changing offensive coordinators unless E retires
At the end of the day they need to get better at pass blocking and the WR's need to get better. Burrow should be better with a year in the system and I think it would be foolish to make them learn another system for the third year in a row.

Foolish would be to keep the same old offense.. and that’s exactly what it would be. Another wasted opportunity.. do just enough to get by but never compete for a championship. Another zero burger against Alabama and another loss or two mixed in that could have been avoided, if only for some creativity.. could be against Florida again, who knows.
Who has E developed of late?? I just don’t see the improvement. What happens when another lineman gets injured or suspended.. these things happen.. other offenses overcome them.. we tend to make excuses yet we have a cultural problem.
And what’s so great about “this system.” Is there even improvement throughout the season?? Doesn’t seem like it. Would be nice to see LSU have an OC who can make adjustments.
Alabama has a brand new OC and actually hired a QB coach for a guy who doesn’t even need one.. but that’s the type of detail they let into it. Is that new system crippling their offense? No.
I wish LSU would hire a currently proven OC/QB developer at the college level. I don’t even care for NFL offensive coaches.

Me. Offensive Philosophy: NCAA Football 2010 LSU playbook with a few added hail mary packages. We are going to throw Hail Mary's and Run option.... 50/50. frick it... 70/30 Hail Mary's.
