LSU’s 2006 Final Four team had 9 losses.

4 of those losses were to unranked teams.
Losing tonight definitely sucked, but this is college basketball. 18-20 year old kids have bad nights. Let’s bounce back & beat Tennessee Saturday. I have faith in Will Wade.

This team played very poorly and still could have won. Only talented teams can do that.

After looking it up, the 2008-09 team went 27-8 and 13-3 in the SEC. I'm surprised they had fewer losses than 2005-06. They were seeded #4 in 06 and #8 in 09. I really hope we finish strong enough to avoid facing another juggernaut in the possible second round matchup.

Yeah, I'm not worried about this loss at all. They'll learn from it. Might be a good wake-up call for Saturday.

SEC was terrible in 2008/9
