The TV networks made an issue of it. Of you notice now all the songs that the students chant to are played during timeout TV commercials.

I want to see them take away the students tickets, sell them to the old rich people and then see how long we stay a national power in football. Good luck getting recruits with out the student section.

Chill out Jr. I'm not making an issue of anything. I don't care what the students do or say. They do what students typically do. I think that this current idea is stupid. I'm just telling you what an LSU employee told me. The networks can't broadcast obscenities by FCC rules. Call the FCC and ask them if I'm lying.
If you are at the games you can easily verify that all the student chant songs are played while the tv coverage is on commercial break. Thus the chants can't get televised.

The only thing that will come of this is that greek organizations will be punished. AD has no way to identify individual members sitting in GA in the student section.

Words don't bother me, but I've always enjoyed the Marching Bands of college during the game so it bothers me that some of the classic songs have been taken away because of it.
I go to FSU and would certainly be pissed if somehow the War Chant was taken away due to inappropriate chants.
