RPI mattered after all.

Not in the final four teams.

It was us or Georgia and they just won head to head. It was a coin flip but Pawl made it a storyline

Nah. LSU was held in higher regard by committee than people realized.

Wtf are you talking about? We were ahead of bama. We weren’t even last 4 in. Georgia is last four out. It isn’t about Paul.

How does Michigan get in and GA doesn’t?

And good thing LSU won that final series at A&M because that was a huge factor IMO. More important than winning conference tournament games

Georgia’s RPI wasn’t high enough enough and they weren’t competitive at all after Tuesday.

That and SOS. Committee chair, when talking about why Bama got in over Pitt, said “SOS...yeah, that’s pretty much it; wanted to reward them for playing in such a tough conference and their overall SOS.” And LSU had a better SOS, in addition to RPI, than Bama.

I feel like that is a legit question, why Michigan and not Baylor or Georgia.

If I were on the committee, conferences that played conference only schedules would only get one team in.

So were practically all Tiger fans--all those except the fringe few that said it's better to not make a regional than to make one and get embarrassed.

Welp, we may still get embarrassed, but at least there's two more games, maybe even 3 or 4, to see and root for the Tigers of Destiny!

Is anyone else shocked that Ell was exposed again as nothing more than a blabbering idiot? Because I'm not.

We heard for weeks that RPI wouldn't mean shite this year.

I would probably have left out those conferences bubble teams for lack of comparison.

That's just silly. Georgia wasn't seriously ever considered. They just added a little intrigue by beating LSU Tuesday night, but then they proceeded to get walloped 2 consecutive nights.

Did you listen to the committee chair talk? He said it wasnt near as helpful. Saying it wasnt as useful because it meant little because of the low numbers of ooc games played in some conferences

So LSU got in easily based on SOS alone?
