In the past four seasons, Wisconsin has lost just two games by more than seven points. One was the last game they played, the other in early 2010.

Wisconsin doesn't get blown out with the way they play. They do not take many risks.

This guy gets it.

LSU hasn't lost by double digits but twice to Alabama in the last 5 years.

The game will be a close one, regardless who wins. I wouldn't touch this game with a line.

I did however make a straight, no line bet with a Wisconsin alum colleague. His request, not mine. Thinks they are going to kill us.

Lines always move based on either news coming out about starters/injuries/suspensions, etc. OR, and most likely, where the money is being dumped. So, if everyone was loading up on LSU -3, the line will creep more towards LSU's side to make it more difficult to decide on LSU for bets. It's how Vegas buffers winnings no matter who wins.

Thanks. Basic stuff.... Move to where the $ is.

Did you buy points? When the line came out, it was at -4 I thought.

Places that were open very early were at -3. It was open a lot of places at -3.5 before it moved to 4.

Pre-snap? That's a five yard penalty.

I'll be here all week.

Lock of the year. Bet your 2014 budget on the Tigers covering. LSU rolls.

been at 5 for a while...some books have it at 5.5

a couple of weeks ago LSU was -4.5. I would say that is a lot of movement. The fact that Wisc has named a QB and LSU has pledged to play two probably scared the non-emotionally vested betters.

That move means more money has been on LSU, not the other way around.

Unless I misunderstood your post and you think people are being scared off by the QB Wisconsin named.

I sure hope that's what comes out, I'd take that over all day, probably up to 58.

Bookmarked. I WILL make a thread for people to laugh at you when LSU wins by more than one TD.

Definitely agree. With Stave you knew what you were getting and knew that our offense would be run extremely well, with INTs being the only possible detriment.

With McEvoy you have no idea how he'll react to the opportunity. He's played in big games, but on the other side of the ball. The only people who I know that haven't lost at least some confidence are the ones who don't know anything and believe we now have Cam Newton starting at QB. A lot of UW fans did not understand or respect the good things that Stave did.
